We usually answer within a few days. We are a small operation, so if the mail piles up after a busy chart, the answer may be slow, but it will come.

If we got a number wrong, please say so. Tell us which chart and what you found, and include a link to your source if you have one. Good catches get thanked publicly, and the correction goes up in the same place the mistake was made. Honestly, these are our favorite emails to get. Being checkable only works if people check.

We will never email you first to ask for money or personal information, and we do not send direct messages. If something claiming to be Rainy Day Math does either, it is not us.
